  1. WHAT VERSION OF THE BIBLE DO YOU USE IN THE BLOGS, SCRIPTURE SONGS, AND OTHER SHOP PRODUCTS?

We only use the King James Version (KJV) and the New King James Version (NKJV).

Generally, we mostly use KJV but sometimes opt to use NKJV as it offers a more easily accessible version to understand for those unfamiliar with the English presented in KJV.

 

2. HOW CAN I SUPPORT THIS MINISTRY?

We are a small self-supported ministry. That is essentially why we opened an online shop stocked with many meaningful faith-based products.

All proceeds earned from our store directly support our mission. The proceeds help us continue to operate this site and share our experiences, knowledge, and insight for helping people like you develop and strengthen their faith in God.

3. DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Yes! We do offer international shipping. We love to serve all our friends around the world :)

 

4. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Typically, we strive to ensure that all orders are shipped 2-4 business days from the date of purchase. However, please note that our wonderful Ainy is responsible for packing all the orders herself, so shipping times may vary depending on the order cue.

5. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 3-7 days for domestic orders and between 5-20 days for international orders (this does not include processing time).

Tracking information is sent to all customers once orders are shipped. On rare occasions, delays not within our control might happen due to the global pandemic and other unforeseen circumstances. We thank you for your patience.

6. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All items are marked as final sale unless damaged or arrived in a condition that does not match the product listing.

7. WHAT IF I AM DISSATISFIED WITH MY ORDER?

We are so sorry if this is the case! If you are ever dissatisfied with your order for whatever reason, please contact us at: theadventmessagemy@gmail.com.

 If eligible for a return, we will process your return or refund right away.

 

8. WHY IS MY BANK ACCOUNT REFLECTING A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN MY RECEIPT?

All of our prices on the site are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), so if you are ordering from another country, please bear in mind the difference in currency value.

 DIGITAL PRODUCTS FAQ

9. WHAT IS A DIGITAL PRODUCT?

●        A digital product is an item that may be purchased online and is received as a downloadable digital file. 

●        Digital download products offer a quick, easy, and practically useful way to immediately receive a purchase in full without the hassle or shipping waiting times.

10. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Purchasing and downloading digital products is easy and user-friendly. You can download it right away or check your email for a link to download later!

Upon completing the purchase, you will be directed to an order confirmation page through The Advent Message.

On this page, you can click on the digital download link to begin your download.

All customers will receive a standard order confirmation email, followed by a separate email containing a link to the file.

**NOTE: Once you click on the emailed link, you will have 24 hours to complete the PDF file download before the link expires. Once download to your computer (or smartphone) is complete, access is unlimited.

11. MY LINK EXPIRED (OR IT WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY), WHAT DO I DO?

●        If you lose your digital products or your access link expired prior to completing your download, please contact us at theadventmessagemy@gmail.com and have your order number and receipt ready as proof of purchase.

●        We will happily resend a new digital download link to you.

●        The file should download directly onto your computer, smartphone, or tablet. However, if you continue to experience difficulties, please download the file to your computer first, then transfer the digital product to your iPhone, iPad, or any other compatible device.

12. MY FILE FAILED TO DOWNLOAD, WHAT’S WRONG?

●        If file download fails, please check your internet connection and ensure that you have sufficient storage space on your device to complete the download.  After doing so, restart your computer or laptop and try downloading again. If the problem persists, please contact us at theadventmessagemy@gmail.com

 

13. WHAT SIZE SHOULD I USE TO PRINT MY FILE?

●       Print sizes depend on each product. To ensure you get the highest print quality, please refer to the product description for each item.

●       For wall art, you will receive 1 ZIP file containing 6 sizes in a JPG file. Sizes are in A1, A2, A3, A4, A5, and A6. You may then print according to your desired choice.

●       Please refer to the images below for additional measurement information.

14.  DOES THE TYPE OF PRINTER IMPACT THE COLOUR QUALITY OF THE FINAL PRODUCT?

●       Please note that the colours of products may vary slightly according to the printer used to view the products or monitor’s setting.

●       The final product print result will be determined by the type of printer used and the quality of the paper, canvas, or any other materials products are printed on.

 

15. WHAT IS A ZIP FILE?

●        A ZIP (or .zip) file is a compressed collection of one (or more) files but is reduced into a single file for easy storage and transportation. To open a ZIP file, double-click on it (or right-click with your mouse). This will allow you to view the folders and files contained inside. 

●        ZIP files are compatible with Windows and Mac OS without the need for any extra software.

 

16. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS?

**Please note that due to the nature of digital downloads, cancellations and refunds are not accepted. Unless there is a technical issue with the product, all sales are final.

17. ARE THE DIGITAL PRODUCTS COPYRIGHTED?

●        Yes. To protect our ability to raise funds for community endeavours, all products featured on THE ADVENT MESSAGE are copyrighted. Redistribution and/or commercial use is strictly prohibited without express written permission.

Product printing is for personal use only. Online and personal sharing of our digital files is strictly prohibited.
